The terms

1. What the Creator Army is

The Creator Army is a commission programme. You get product, you make content, and you earn a percentage of the sales your link drives.

It is not a paid campaign. We do not pay a fee per video, a day rate, or a usage fee. There is no flat payment of any kind. If you are looking for paid brand work, this is not that, and you should not apply.

2. The gear

If your application is approved we send you the products you picked, free, at our cost. They are sent automatically the day you are approved, so please be sure about your picks and sizes before you apply.

We may adjust what is sent, for example if a size has sold out or the order is larger than the programme allows. If we change it, the parcel you receive is the order.

The product is yours to keep. You are not required to return it, and you are not required to post.

3. What you earn

You earn 10% NET of sales made through your affiliate link.

Commission is tracked and paid through GoAffPro, and follows the order it came from. If an order is cancelled or refunded, the commission on that order does not stand.

There is no minimum, no lock-in, and no obligation to keep posting. Your link keeps earning for as long as your content runs.

4. Your content, and what we may do with it

You keep ownership of everything you make. You are not signing your work over to us.

By submitting content to us, you grant Rudie a perpetual, worldwide, royalty-free, irrevocable, transferable and sublicensable licence to use, reproduce, edit, adapt, publish and distribute that content, in whole or in part, in any media now known or later developed, for advertising and promoting our products and brand.

That licence covers, without limitation:

Running your content as paid advertising on any platform, including Meta, TikTok, Google, Snapchat and any channel we advertise on in future

Using it in any campaign, at any time, including campaigns unrelated to the one it was made for

Editing it: cutting it, re-ordering it, changing the length, adding music, captions, subtitles, voiceover or narration

Adding graphics, overlays, promotional messaging, pricing, discount codes and sale stickers, including for sale events such as Black Friday, End of Financial Year and Christmas

Combining it with other footage, including footage made by other creators

Using it on our website, in email, in organic social posts and in print

5. Your consent to edits

You consent to us doing the things in section 4 even where they would otherwise require your permission, including any act or omission that would otherwise infringe your moral rights under the Copyright Act 1968 (Cth). In plain terms: you are telling us it is fine to edit your content and add promotional graphics to it, and you will not object to it later on the basis that it has been changed.

We will not use your content in a way that is misleading, or that suggests you endorse something you never actually said.

6. You, on camera

You consent to us using your name, handle, voice, image and likeness as they appear in the content you send, for the same purposes and on the same terms as section 4.

7. Telling people it is an ad

When you post content about us to your own audience, you must make it clear it is a commercial partnership, in line with Australian advertising rules and the platform's own tools. Tag it, label it, or use the platform's paid partnership feature.

8. Being honest

Everything you say about the product must be true and your own experience. Do not make claims we have not made, particularly about health, safety, absorbency or performance.

Period underwear is a health adjacent product. Never present it as a medical product, and never say it treats, prevents or cures anything.

The content must be yours. Do not send us anything you do not have the right to give us, including music, footage or images belonging to someone else.

9. Ending it

Either of us can walk away at any time, for any reason, with no notice.

If either of us ends it, the licence in sections 4, 5 and 6 continues for content you already sent us, because we may already be running it as advertising. Your affiliate link stops earning when your account is closed.

10. Changes

If we change these terms we will ask you to agree to the new version. The version you agreed to, and the date you agreed, are recorded on your account.
